About

The firm

Rebecca Childs, member of the Paris Bar

Rebecca Childs practises criminal law and white-collar criminal law.

Drawing on her experience at the firms Temime and Binsard Martine & Associés, she founded her own practice in 2026, dedicated to criminal defence and corporate compliance.

She regularly handles cases involving organised crime, complex financial crime and cybercrime. She also trains executives in criminal risk prevention and assists them in bringing their business into compliance, in particular with the requirements of the Sapin II Act and anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML-CFT) regulations. Part of her practice is also devoted to helping companies prevent risks related to moral and sexual harassment.

As cybercrime continues to grow, her background in the United States, at Penn Law (Ivy League) and The Wharton School, has given her a cross-cultural perspective that allows her to grasp the issues raised by these cases, which frequently have an international dimension.

Her defence, valued for its precision, creativity and tenacity, rests on tailored, responsive and pragmatic support.

She advises individuals, executives and companies with the same standards: a rigorously prepared defence, constant availability and absolute confidentiality.
